The Rebels
Rolling Rebels was founded by three professional chefs with a shared passion for bold flavours, creative menus, and unforgettable food experiences. After years of working in top kitchens across Ireland and abroad, we decided it was time to break the mold — and Rolling Rebels was born.

Introducing the Rebel Van
Want something a little different? Our Rebel Van is a fully equipped, mobile kitchen on wheels — available to hire for weddings, festivals, private parties, and corporate events. It’s the perfect way to add a unique and stylish touch to your celebration, with freshly cooked food served straight from the van.
